Buying a House in Cadaques

Some people fall in love with Cadaqués so much that they end up buying a house or apartment here. While Cadaqués is not the cheapest place to own a holiday home, you can be fairly sure that the local government will continue its policy of slow and careful development- which is why the prices of properties command a higher price than elsewhere in Spain.
